Paul Smith

Sales Director

Paul Smith joined the corporate clothing industry in 2004 on the completion of a Law & Business Studies Degree, taking his passion for the garment manufacturing industry and putting it to good effect.  Paul has overall responsibility for Sales and Marketing and is tasked with driving the performance and growth of the business and developing marketing strategy and sales plans. 

Over the years Paul has handled major accounts on both a national and a global scale and has supplied promotional workwear and corporate clothing for more than 250,000 staff. Having built on strong relationships with suppliers and customers, he is justifiably well regarded and respected amongst his competitors and industry peers alike.

Paul has been able to put his solid understanding of business and economics to great effect by adapting to the market and reinvesting when the time was right. He firmly believes in continual improvement and staying ahead of the game, always seeking to keep up-to-date with all aspects of the corporate clothing industry, whether it be raw material indexes, country of origin politics or foreign trade initiatives. He regularly travels throughout Europe and the Far East to visit new and existing suppliers, not only to develop business critical relationships but also to study new technologies, fabrics performance, design and order management systems.

Married and a father of four children, Paul, although now retired from the sport, used to be a keen rugby player and still keeps active with activities such as sailing and skiing.

Martin Bullock

Managing Director

Martin has extensive experience in business management and sales, particularly in the Construction, Fastener, and Materials Handling industries. He joined Site Supply in January 2003 and has since contributed an immense amount of knowledge and expertise.

As the Managing Director of Site Supply, Martin oversees the company's financial operations, project execution, and strategic direction. His leadership and strategic mindset have been critical to the company's success and sustained growth.

Martin finds immense joy in his personal life. He is happily married and a proud father of two children. Recently, Martin has embraced the joy of becoming a grandparent. Outside of work and family, Martin indulges in his passion for golf, even though he describes himself as a "very poor" golfer. Despite his skill level, he relishes the sport and appreciates the opportunity to spend time outdoors with friends.

Martin also has a love for classic scooters - owning and riding two iconic models - a 1962 Lambretta LI Series 2 and a 1999 Vespa T5 Millennium.

Steve Cree

Key Accounts Director

Steve is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder of The Site Supply Company, established in 2002. With a strong passion for business and a drive for success, Steve has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and development.

Steve has gained extensive knowledge and expertise by working in various roles within the organisation. His hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of company operations, which he applies as Director of Key Accounts. In this role, Steve focuses on ensuring that key accounts receive exceptional care and attention, strengthening relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.

Sports play a significant role in Steve's life, as he is an avid fan of both football and cricket. He takes immense pride in his affiliation with Stockport County Football Club, having supported the team since childhood. As a testament to his enduring commitment, Steve holds the esteemed position of Life President at the club, a role that reflects his deep-rooted passion and unwavering dedication to his local team.

Steve's entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his love for sports, shapes his well-rounded personality. His commitment to providing exceptional service to key accounts, his enjoyment of golf and sports, and his lifelong devotion to Stockport County Football Club make him a respected figure in both the business and sporting communities.

Danny McKeever

Operations Director

Danny McKeever became a part of the Site Supply Company family in 2017, bringing with him a rich fourteen-year career from United Utilities where he held the position of Production Manager. There, he oversaw services for half a million customers in the northwest. Deeply believing in the significance of staff as a company’s greatest asset, Danny has devoted his time since joining to create a positive impact. He introduced core values and robust processes to enhance the working environment.

His professional journey commenced in 1996, and since then, Danny has been on a tireless quest for knowledge and personal growth. He constantly searches for innovative ways to boost efficiency. With his extensive experience in operations, Danny has refined his skills to prioritize customer experiences. His unique insights and perspective propel him to challenge boundaries and question the status quo.

The commitment to core values and principles guides every decision Danny makes, aiming to provide customers and clients with top-notch products or services that not only meet their needs but surpass their expectations. Danny draws inspiration from implementing change and exploring new technological limits, which fuels his creativity and ambition to make a difference.
