We are pleased to offer our regular customers the opportunity to trade with us using a 30 day credit account. This trade account upgrade provides a more streamlined payment process, eliminating the need for time-consuming credit card payment stage during checkout.

To apply for a 30 day credit account, simply complete the application process. Upon approval, you'll continue to use our website as usual, with the added convenience of being able to choose to pay on account at the payment stage. We believe this option will greatly enhance your shopping experience with us. Thank you for considering this opportunity.

Upgrading Your Account Online

Step 1. Register with us. If already registered move to Step 2.

Step 2. Log in using your user name and password, then complete, and submit, our online account application form.

Step 3. Once completed your application will begin to be verified.
This process includes using credit rating agencies and contacting external references.
Once approved you will be notified in writing, usually within 48 hours of your application.

Step 4: If your account is approved to use your account, buy from the website as usual, but when you get to the payment page you will have the choice to pay by credit card, pay-pal or enter an order number and pay on account.

Upgrading Your Account Offline

If you would prefer not to complete our account application form online, you can download a copy here. Please return it to us completed by either post or fax. Please note that such applications can take seven days to process. We will advise in writing when your application has been processed.

About Your Application

Your application will be assessed using external credit rating agencies. Neither these agencies, nor ourselves, will share or use the information provided for anything else but to check the credit worthiness of your organisation. Once approved your account will be subject a maximum credit limit (variable depending our your credit score), and all invoices should be paid strictly 30 days from the end of the month.

If your application is unsuccessful this does not affect your cash account; you can continue to order from us using a credit card as normal. You may wish to consider re-applying again in the future, as credit ratings can, and do, change, therefore a subsequent future application maybe approved.
