Returns

To return goods for exchange or refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The goods are in perfect, re-sellable condition
  • The goods were received within the last 14 days
  • The items are not printed (unless we made a mistake)
  • The customer covers the cost of returning and re-sending the goods

To initiate a return, please send the goods to our postal address with the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Order ID reference number
  • A description of the returned goods and the reason for return
  • Include any requested replacements.

Please note that we must receive and check the goods before issuing replacements or refunds.
