Returns

To request a return for exchange or refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The items are in pristine, re-sellable condition.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • The goods are not customised unless the error lies on our part.
  • The customer assumes responsibility for the cost of both returning and re-shipping the items.

Return Process:

Send the items to our designated postal address, ensuring the package includes:

  • Your full name and address.
  • A contact telephone number.
  • The order ID/reference number.
  • A detailed description of the returned items and the reason for return.
  • Information on any replacement items requested.

Please note that replacements or refunds will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
